 Interact with business groups to identify new business requirements. Prepare detailed business requirements / gap analysis documents for use by project teams and obtain business sign-off. Create/validate test cases, engage testers to deliver test for testing in-house developed CRM application. Release notes preparation, Co-ordination of application production release.

 Understanding the business processes, business requirements and business priorities while gathering system feeds for TLM (Transaction Life-cycle Management) application and analyzing the system data feed structure and layout for reconciliation development. Handling independently the functional support for Sales Systems (Equities, Fixed Income and Prime Services Sales Portals)

 Worked in Nostro Cash Reconciliation Project Management Office handling end to end projects involving: - Business Analysis - Requirement gathering from business users, test cases validation, Application testing and Production release co-ordination. - Projects Management - Estimation, co-ordination with stakeholders, milestone tracking and overall delivery.  Worked on various operations projects on Derivatives platform change, BankOne merger, SSR projects. Worked in Nostro Cash Reconciliation team reconciling cash statements received via SWIFT and investigating outstanding funds for ownership using tools like Merva and Pega.

Servicing International clients in Insurance business - liaison with high value clients consisting mainly of Insurance companies and risk covered/insured clients.
