 Search details on internet (LinkedIn) regarding companies from US, UK, Canada and Europe, listed in admin website. Verify the criteria of employees’ designations of particular company from LinkedIn to be updated to admin website. E.g. Art Director, Photographer, Graphics Designer, Editor, etc. Update details in admin website, Remove resigned employee data, Enter new employee details. Check and updated the current position of current employees as well as ex-employees in admin website and excel sheet. Maintain MS Excel sheet with company details and updated details and send to client.

 Analyze the purchase order received from distributor from different countries, according to rules and methods. Check the art received is whether vector or not. If not send the order to art department. Check art alignment, print location, etc. Check the terms and conditions for the particular distributor or products. Check product inventory, send mail to customer service. Apply discounts, special pricing and or promo codes if applicable.  Check whether pricing stated in purchase order matches with the system. Assign freight carrier, freight type, and check delivery time according to provided maps and websites. When order is completed, send it to for production, and at end of the day create MS Excel report for orders entered. Train the new team members. Check the quality of orders entered by new team members, and give feedback on errors. Solve queries regarding any complicated orders.
