• Reporting to Process Manager• leading the operators team and organize the work between process sections • keep the process running smoothly and remove the bottleneck • keep the process parameters that assure a good quality and high production yield • start up and shutdown planning for the refinery follow up maintenance works • provide work permit for maintenance team and assure a safe work environment• provide a continuous training for the operators team • make a frequently evaluation for the operators and attendants• coordination between the workers and the management to inform the management about the workers needs• Responsible for all production process according to the highest raw sugar refining technology all provided through Desmest Designers and Contractors.• Controlling all Processes using D.C.S of high technology PCS7 automation system and PLC designed by Siemens.• Sequence operation mode for every production stage with high control through interlock loops and protection factors for all equipment.

(5000 tcd + 200 tpd sugar refinery) an ISO 9001:2000 certified company• Produce pharma grade sugar below 30 I.U.• Reduce steam consumption from 47 % to 40 % on cane by change in vapour bleeding system. • Zero percent live steam consuption in process house.• Produce good quality candy sugar & sugar cube below 35 I.U.• sulphur consumtion 0.04 % on cane.
