 Supervision of Account.  Deal With Excise & Service Tax  Deal with TDS matters Deal with Sale Tax Maintain GST Return, Preparation data and upload onlineGSTR-3B, GSTR-1, GSTR-2 GSTR-3,GSTR-6, ITC-4 Etc.  Maintain Excise Record as like RG part -1, part-2, checking all data and filed return online.  Maintain all data relative to sale tax return, and filed online.  Reporting to Management.  Preparation of Sale Tax Return, Excise Return & TDS Return & Filing Online & all work done relative Returns.  Prepare ageing analysis every month in coordination with revenue officers in areas & Exchanges.  Reconcile final bill claim with provisional bill claim at the end of the year. Pass necessary journal entries & prepare cash trial and bank reconciliation statement Update the fixed asset register for each addition of assets on the basis of disbursement or Journal voucher

❖ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal customers to achieve actions needed.❖ Ability to work under pressure and highly competitive work environment.❖ Experience of entering information into an accounting system & of researching information & good excel skill.❖ Experience of making prescribed data verification and procedural checks on accounting information❖ Good accounting knowledge, cash book, debit & credits etc and good planning & organizing skills with the ability to meet prescribed deadlines.❖ Capability to handle large volume of work with accuracy and the ability to coordinate with different departments and outside companies.❖ A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.❖ Self-starter and motivated.
