• • Buyers handle Tesco, Nancy bird, maylean, easy, house of Fraser (HOF), B.H.S. lapolar, William A McNeil & co.pty ltd, Dinnerware & co., Spencer N enterprises,Habitate,,Ross etc. • Handled Tesco technical Compliance / SA 8000 / ETI AUDIT / OMEGA COMPLIANCE.• Maintain all document Related As per compliance.• To clear GIP (general information of product).• To handle first pcs approval.• Ensure Also handle the PP (Pre-production), TOP (top of production), SMS (sales man sample), Photo shout sample & Proto delivered to buyer.• Communication with buyer and Proper follow up of buyers comment.• Finalising the wash care instruction for appropriate content of fabric.• Responsible for all approval as per product standard.• Follow up with PPM team for new sample and ensure that samples are according to buyer’s requirement.• To check all outsource fabric as per AQL.• Prepare all type of final testing report (fabric & yarn).• To check different Critical as well as quality check Points as per the AQL.• Co-ordinate with suppliers for timely and seamless receipt of the Product.• Day to day work includes correspondence to buyers regarding the quality approval, Delivery follow ups, vender production follow ups and receiving purchase orders.• Co-ordinate with Production head and suppliers for good Product, timely shipment.• Mention Daily Quality Report in Dyeing, Cutting, Stitching, Initial Inspection, Finishing and dispatch.• Attained internal meeting for improve quality with Merchandiser, Production Manager, Finishing In charge & Director.• Satisfy to Final Inspector with good Product.• Monitoring corrective and prevention action.• Responsible for ensuring Compliance readiness of factory.• Monitoring rejection levels and controlling wastage.
