Job Description:-Responsible for giving set up approval to production lines.New Product development part layout inspection as per plan.Responsible for Process and Product audit as per plan.Rejection recording, Monitoring & analysis Root cause & verification and identify countermeasure and implementation of countermeasure. Ensure follow up and monitoring of CAPAs for actions decided on In house defects (both scrap and rework) reduction and elimination.Preparing inspection standards for NPD parts and inspection as per standard.Conducting process capability by SPC for all critical parameters, continuous improvements & cost reduction in new developments as well as in production components. Team handling, goal setting and performance assessment for team members. Exposure on CMM, Contour, Surface tester and profile projector,2D Height Gauge etc.Solving problem using the latest Quality tools such as SPC and 7QC Tools.Conduction of analysis for customer complaints, quality in-process nonconformities.
