Working with “Al Sraiya Hotels & Hospitality Group” as Cluster Chief Accountant since June-2015.Job Responsibilities as Chief Accountant (Group):- Handling monthly financials reporting of all hotels and producing final analysis report for owner’s office on weekly & monthly basis.  Handling Hotel performance review, budget analysis for all group owned properties. Handling direct reporting of hotel DOF /FC and finance Team to Owners’ office. Reporting to Group CFO, with responsibility for the implementation and rollout of strategic initiatives, Standard Reporting, policy & procedure improvements in all Hotels of Al Sraiya Holdings. Handling Property acquisitions, Management Agreement & related negotiations with International Operators to head office. Preparing & updating feasibility analysis for all ongoing & upcoming projects. Handling Hotel pre-opening & related setup, arranging service provider’s quotations, defining scope of work and finalizing project implementation schedule. Arranging owner’s approval on FF&E, renovation, expansion related documents on behalf of all hotels. Responsible for developing and conducting financial audit program from head office to all group hotels. Responsible for development and implementation of standard operating procedure for owned & managed hotels. Responsible for implementing same standard & reporting format with unique template to all properties. Responsible for offshore companies (Netherlands, BVI, Guernsey and Jersey) operations, reporting’s, annual license renovation. Developed bench-marking tools across all properties and brands in regards to all key expense categories to highlight areas of opportunities, i.e. salaries & wages, cost of sales and heat, light & power consumption.
