Ltd.)* Develop and implement security policies and procedures.* Recruit, train and supervise Security staff deployed at site.* Collaborate with other stakeholders to determine operational needs & implement changes.* Coordinate with staff while responding to emergencies and alarms.* Collect, Corroborate and disseminate the information & prepare MIS for Managements review.* Responsible for Managing Security Operations Center (SOC), CCTV & Access control operations & handle escalations & queries.* Responsible for follow-up with vendor for regular maintenance of security gadgets (CCTV / ACS) as per AMC.* Create and review Escalation Matrix/Call Tree of Security & conduct table top exercises and penetration test to check the effectiveness.* Conduct evacuation drills to make staff aware of safe evacuation procedure and routes during the different emergencies. * Identifying training need of security staff, prepare yearly training calendar and ensure same is being followed.* Providing interface during critical and non-critical emergency events from report to resolution. In addition, providing constant information updates wherever applicable in an effort to ensure situation, events, incidents are resolved in an appropriate manner.* Played pivot role between client and agency to make harmony and address day to day operations issues.

Passes refers to Employees Permanent/Temporary Card, Visitor Card, Interview Card, Contractor Card and Material Gate Pass etc.* Preparing of Authorized Signatory Lists with written approval of concern departmental authority, which .related to Restricted Areas, Key withdrawal, Laptop carrying, Camera carrying, Photography & Videography and Material movement gate pass etc.*Ensuring restrictions of Alcoholic/ Tobacco/ other Narcotic products and consumables in campus.*Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms by following emergency response procedures.* Communicate security status, updates and actual or potential problems using established protocols.
