In handling general and strategic HR functioning i.e. Sourcing, Recruiting, Selections, Industrial relations, Employee Relations, Payroll & compensations, Performance management systems, Handling Statutory Compliances under EPF Act, ESIC Act, Gratuity & Bonus Act, knowledge of various labour laws and their implications in the Policies formulations of Policies , Grievances handling, Disciplinary Action, Conduction of In-house inquires and related mechanisms, Good at handling of industrial compliances and liaisons with different departments, drafting of replies and letters thereat. Understanding of Training & development programs like Skill Mapping & gap analyzations, Risk assessment etc. Handful exposure of registration & renewal licenses under various acts Factory Act, DIC, Pollution control, Fire N.O.C, EPFO, ESIC etc. and returns thereunder. Good written & verbal communication skills both in English and Hindi. Having good intellectual & analytical skills with self-belief, truthfulness, honesty and Decision-making ability.
