CurrentWORK HISTORYResponsible for day today operation of Cafe & Play Area.Co-ordinate with Kitchen and other departments for the smoothoperation.Makes daily DSR and mail it to all the concerned authorities ondaily basis.• Makes Duty Roaster and allocate the duties.Maintain the inventory ( Beverages, Crockery, Cutlery &Glassware )and stock.Maintain the inventory of Paly Area and check all the area.equipment of the outlet and ensure its properly workingwherever necessary arrange the preventive maintenanceExplains and sell the Birthday Packages.Provides the necessary trainings to staffs of cafe and play • Responsible for Day Today Operation of the farms.• Co-ordinate with Kitchen and other departments for thesmooth operation.• Allocate duty and responsibility to new team member.• Provides training to the staff according to theirresponsibilities.• Handle the guest complaint Responsible for F&B operations .Ensures the smooth operations of restaurant with high volumeof occupancy.Coordinate with other departments for the smooth running ofthe Restaurant.• Ensures the proper SOP & Hygiene maintenance.Ensures daily inventory and stocks to be maintained for dailysmooth operations.
