I holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, completed in 2015. I have gained valuable industry experience, starting with my current role as an Enterprise SD & A Engineer at Reliance Jio since March 2023. In this position, I specializes in enterprise link service and delivery, utilizing my skills in CCNA, telecom, and survey networking.Prior to my current role, I worked at REECOMPS TELESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from March 2022 to February 2023 served as the ENTERPRISE SPOC, responsible for the operation and maintenance of Reliance Jio Enterprise customers in the Circle. My tasks included providing support to the field team for the restoration of Enterprise customers within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and offering backend support using JIO Noc's escalation matrix.From April 2021 to February 2022, I worked as an IBS Engineer at REECOMPS TELESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, I was responsible for field operations and maintenance of small cell, WiFi AP, enterprise routers, L2 switch configuration, IP phone configuration, UBR configuration, and UBR installation and commissioning for Reliance Jio sites.Furthermore, I worked as a Radio Frequency Engineer at NEMHANS SOLUTIONS PVT.
