Took summer internship at Yogi industries Ltd. Rohtak. Project: - To study different types thread manufacturing process and make a report on minimizing the scrap. Key learning : -- Studied the different methods for thread manufacturing like thread cutting on lathe, Thread rolling, Thread chasing. - Learned the selection of cutting tool for different processes. - Studied the mounting of cutting tool and work piece in the Lathe. Responsibilities : -- Responsible for analyzing the production procedures. - Responsible for creating plans to eliminate inefficiencies. - Responsible for maintaining production documentation and updating all the documentation.

Completed summer internship at Chand Industries Ltd. Gurugram. Project: - To study plastic molding and heat losses during the process and prepare a detailed report on minimizing the losses. Key learnings :- - Studied the process molding using PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) as raw material. - Learned its application in different automotive parts. - Studied injection molding and prepared auto carpets and JCB parts. Responsibilities.- Performed as team leader and responsible for managing the group task. - Responsible for monitoring the molding processes and maintaining the optimizations of heat losses during the process. - Responsible for preparing the reports for the project.
