Project: Electronic Provider Resource Gateway (ePRG) Description: A provider portal used by WellMed employed physicians, clinic staff, corporate staff and contracted providers and staff, and health plan contracted providers servicing patients assigned to WellMed PCPs, to verify member eligibility, view claims payment information, utilize Risk Adjustment Processing System (RAPS) tools, as well as various other functions to assist in providing exceptional service and enhance the Users’ experience within the system.

Project: Client Letter (Specialty Benefits) Description: A letter generation and mass mailing software application that quickly and easily generates – Letters, Forms, Policies and Original documents of any type. Client Letter uses existing customer databases to retrieve important data for inclusion in generated documents. The information selected from the databases is merged into Templates, which are created using Microsoft Word. The printed documents and their relevant attributes are then stored in history for future reference.Project: LifeSuite Description: LifeSuite is a workflow application used to manage medical underwriting for Life and Disability. The application tracks a member case from application to disposition (approve or decline) for the supplemental insurance above the guarantee limit. Application has interfaces with Lab1 and MIB. The application includes an on-line application form (eApp) which is used to collect applicant information on-line and automatically populate LifeSuite.

Project: Focus/Career-Explorer (Oct 2013 – Nov 2013)Description: This is the next generation of Focus/Career™ which also explores job market from a job seekers’ point of view. It has all existing features that current generation Focus/Career supports combined with new ones. The next generation system has improved resume building, job search, and account management etc. In the new system, job seekers are assisted with better resume building methods, better career suggestions, better job recommendations. A subsystem named Focus/Explorer which explores and statistically represents career opportunities based on current job market, acquisition of talents.

Project: Telemedik™ (May 2007 – July 2010)Description: Telemedik™ software essentially manages patients' records and provides a communication tool for discussion on patients' diseases among physicians across distant locations.
