Key responsbilities include:• Review inspection reports and propose updated written schemes of examination (WSE) to appropriately address and manage integrity status by population of companies WSE electronic database (TiM).• Assess anomalies and defects on piping, vessels and tanks to determine the condition and fitness for service of the plant and associated pressure equipmentProvide input into timely execution of repair orders and fabric maintenance activities necessary to maintain legal compliance and safe future service.• Ensure that repair order assessments remain current and that overdue repair orders are appropriately reassessed for safe continued use.• Communicate integrity concerns appropriately to the team leader, department manager and when required, to the wider business and provide strategic updates on emerging issues and integrity projects.• Support the team and input with HSE interations, technical discussion and audits.• Assist the team leader to fulfil the role of Competent Person under PSSR and COMAH Scheme for onshore terminal and the expectation with IPPPS for offshore assets.

• Tracking PM plan of static equipment, piping & pressure reliving devices to ensure integrity and reliability of the plant assets.• Performing routine visual Inspection of pressure equipment such as Pressure Vessel, Heat exchanger, Fin Fan, Cooler etc. and process Piping.• Preparing & maintaining permanent and progressive records of all static equipment, Piping and pressure relieving devices, including adding new information pertinent to the operation, inspection, and maintenance history of the equipment• Nondestructive examination planning scheduling & execution; reviewing NDT report and providing recommendation accordingly.• Managing 15 employees including in-house, external contractor & sub-contractor; attending meeting with Process, Operation & Maintenance division to streamline smooth execution of Preventive Maintenance Task. • Performed RBI facilitation & optimization of refinery static equipment, Tanks and piping’s using “meridium” APM platform.(GE)• Analyzed technical data, drawings (P&IDs. PEFS, PFD, SLD etc.) Equipment documents and process by working with engineering, maintenance, operations and project teams & partners.• Prepared RBI data sheets, corrosion loop, established IOW limits, identified acting damage mechanism & defined failure modes.• Ensured correctness of data of RBI templates, created tools in excel to expedite the process.

• Supervise job coordination at offshore, monitor conformity of task as per the applicable standard and quality requirement.• Ensure checks are done and repairs are completed (if necessary) prior to official inspection being arranged with clients.• Monitor and ensure all work carried out according to the latest revision drawing and complies with Contract Specifications, Class Requirements and Quality Management System procedures.• Arrange, coordinate and carry out all the inspection and testing with customer representative as per Inspection test Plan.• Arrange & liaise with customer representative and classification surveyors’ representative and inspection item on project.• Liaison with supplier, certifying authority, Third party inspection personnel about quality topic or hold / witness points.• Monitor the progress of work and report the status of competition of the official inspection with result.• Preparing inspection checklist, reports on SAP.• Verify & maintain permanent record of material identification, PMI, Pre heat, PWHT
