I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional with an MBA in Development Management and over four years & 2 months of experience in data management, MIS, operations, and finance. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Executive in Data Management and MIS at Nasscom Foundation, where I am responsible for overseeing critical data management processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our management information systems. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data handling and reporting, ultimately supporting the foundation’s mission of leveraging technology for social good. Previously, I served as an Operations & Finance Executive at Seva At Home from June to August 2023. During my tenure, I managed the patient platform, identifying and resolving issues on the platform, assigning tasks to the concerned team, and ensuring the timely closing of all assigned tasks to me. I maintained and updated Zoho Books of accounts, managed financial documentation, and conducted comprehensive data analysis to support business decisions. My role also involved drafting revenue estimates in collaboration with business development and customer relationship managers, creating invoices for customers, and bills for vendors, and ensuring smooth financial operations. My professional journey began with 3i-Infotech Consultancy Services, where I worked as a Technical Support Engineer and District Coordinator from July 2017 to October 2020. In this capacity, I played a pivotal role in implementing the Social Security Pension Management Information System (SSPMIS) at the district level. I provided technical support and coordinated with data entry operators, block development officers, sub-divisional officers, and social security directors to ensure the successful deployment and operation of the system. Additionally, I managed other MIS projects such as E-Labharthi, E-Suvidha, and UDID. Also, I coordinated various social welfare schemes including the Bihar Shatabdi Kusht Kalyan Yojana and Rashtriya Parivar Labh Yojana. My responsibilities also extended to event management, organizing blanket, and tricycle distribution events for specially-abled individuals, and addressing queries from leprosy patients and pensioners, ensuring their issues were resolved promptly and efficiently.
