CurrentLead the quality team for the projects of oil and natural gas industry like as open flare system, closed flare system, de-humidifier, pressuare vessel, Scrubber system,flame arrestors, moisture trap etc.For defence sector projects like brahmos missile corset, radar system for Indian Air defence.Looking after the complete projects from PO receive to final delevery in terms of prepration of ITP and QAP and it's submission, vender quality improvement, vendor finalize, inspection at vendor site as per ITP, in-process and final client inspection as per approved ITP. Best coordination with puchase, design and project department as a team at each activity of the projects.Depute our quality team in such a manner that there is no any point is missing related to the quality of the projects from raw material inspection to final dispatch inspection.Proper GRN raised after Raw materials and bought out items inspection as per approved data sheet and ITP.Proper Testing as per approved ITP/QAP at each stage Raw materials and bought out Items inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection, such as RT, UT,DPT, IGC, Functional test, hydrostatic testing, Penumatic testing etc as per approved ITP/QAP.
