• Ensure all collectable revenue is collected carefully and no revenue pilferages at toll plaza and identify the threats in various alternate routes and take corrective action to plug the same.
• Analyze the daily/weekly/monthly traffic/revenue reports and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and required checklists are followed in a proper manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent engineers, NHAI, local & district administration & representatives.
• Submit weekly/Monthly Traffic & Revenue and MPR report to NHAI on time.
• Prepares & submits the reports, analysis and forecasts of toll revenue, traffic projections to Project Head and submits recommendations to maximize returns in accordance with approved policies & procedures.
• Inspect the Plaza &Project Highway facilities regularly and ensure observations or rectifications are closely within SLA.
