My Job Profile:Project feasibility and initial design review(made by consultants).Calculation of heat load and selection of equipments such as chiller, air handling units, valves, closed expansion tanks, air separator, cooling tower, pumps and pipe sizes.Calculation of pump head, static pressure of ventilations fans, air handling units, air washers and calculation for chilled beam units. Capacity selection of equipments as per design guidelines and HVAC standard guidelines.Design of piping and ducting circuit layouts, schematic piping layout for high/low side along with the cross checking of BOQ completeness. Designing of HVAC plant room, cooling tower layout, kitchen layout, ventilation layout for normal and incase of fire.Planning, scheduling and preparation of bar chart and QAP. Raising material indents, follow up for ordering, technical datasheets and material dispatch at site.Approval of shop drawings, technical data sheets, calculations and QAP from client and consultant. Technical documentation and technical trouble shooting.
