Maintaining PR with the client and giving proper response with proper follow-up of the consignment, preparing MIS report on daily basis. Ledger and checked the adequacy of internal control system. Vendor Development: To Develop Vendor for feeder route, which is responsible for Booking and delivery of the consignments within 150 to 300 km only from customer premises. And SSBA (supreme sub business associate) for Hub to Hub delivery for pan India. Help them to get Business from the surroundings, regularly evaluating the performance and visibility of each and every Vendor.Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining healthy business relations with local influencers and institutional clients. Maintaining quality policy by giving error free service to the customers’ right from the first time. Ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Tracking and compiling, market research based on primary and secondary data, periodic & need based reports, addressing various important and functional aspects of the Business and implementing plans to improve.
