CurrentACCOUNTABILITIES:• Responsible for taking All special pricing approvals from senior management.• I am responsible for taking back to back pricing approval from parent company in US (ESRI)• ASC / Maintenance quotes are to be checked by me before sending it to the customers. Maintenance start and end dates are cross checked and pricing are suggested accordingly.• Revenue, Profitability, Sales Pipeline Analysis, with exposure to Forecasting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis.• Streamlined procedures for timely Quarterly Royalty payment to ESRI (methods of paying money to principal organization (ESRI).)• Entire process of order processing including pre-quotation, receiving purchase order from customers, installation of software, pricing of products, etc• Driving sales initiatives & generating AMCs Business; analysing channel requirements, establishing sales & service network and monitoring post service activities like follow-up with customers, service reminders, payments, etc.• Overseeing customer centric operations, ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances, maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.• Guiding the field service activities entailing installation, commissioning, breakdown & preventive maintenance, trial runs and warranty service of GIS software as maintaining cost, credit and inventory control.
