CurrentProviding onsite support for a variety of IT hardware and software, such as but not limited to:Office productivity software (Microsoft Office)Personal computer hardware/software and peripheralsMobile phone/PDAs & tabletsNetwork printers, server and network hardware equipment, computer room/network wiring closetfacilities, and phone systemsWarehouse management devices and infrastructureVideo and Web Conferencing equipment and infrastructureEnsuring that local IT infrastructure is physically secure, reliable, operational and meets current global ITstandardsUnder the direction of Network/System Administrators performing requested onsite tasks to aid in thetroubleshooting or remediation of problemsSupporting and ensuring Mat Holdings Inc standards and policies are followedDeveloping a sustainable and productive working relationship with end users of all IS services as this position isone of the most highly visible 'faces' of ISActing as a subject matter expert in local IT systems with a thorough knowledge of both Plant and Office systems
