Quality Engineer having experience in the manufacturing industry QA,SQA & Quality product.-Presently Working with Fluid Control private limited as QA Engineer , leading inward quality,Inrocess Quality ,QMS related. Documentation,process improvement, improvement people management,also having experience in Quality product , layout Inspection, control plan,data analysis, proactive quality.-Failure parts analysis by checking them with various instruments & test.-Driving entire incoming material inspection in line with company standards and ensure through incoming material inspection as per protocol.ensuring effective measument and validation process to ensure all requirements are full fill for all parts and each material received at incoming stage .-Prepairing nesesaary IIPs (Incoming inspection plan), Check list to ensure best quality of material from suppliers.
