Job responsibilitiesCurrent Work Experience: Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd. Working in Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd as Zonal Internal Audit (Fraud Investigation and Crisis Management & Internal Audit) Assist 48 Branches of Jharkhand (Last 3month added UP-18 branches & Bihar- 51 branches. Conducted Complaint Audit and Surprise Visit. Quarterly Audit Each and Every Branches and Analyse the Report Then Send to Audit Head. Working as a Zonal Internal Audit from 22nd of June’21. 10 Cluster Manager and 1 Zonal Manager reporting to me for Internal Audit Activity for UP-Bihar & Jharkhand. BGV for the employee who joined the SSFL. CLV (Complete borrower’s cash load verification). Pre-post loan disbursement KYC docs check on suspicion. Branch Monitoring according to RBI guideline notice board, File, Register as per the guideline for MFI FIR & Police Complaint Employee assets and Fraud amount recovery. Physical cash balance verification and reason for huge cash holding at branch level. Receipt & Payment verification at branch level. Monitor and track the field activity task for Internal Audit Team for UP-BH-JH Internal Audit Report review and publish within TAT. Thematic Audit on monthly basis. Audit planning as per the categorized branched (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Daily Activity to watch the branch level cash closing & opening balance. Monthly report preparation state wise. Weekly Team meeting with IA team. Performance review for team on monthly basis. Performance review meeting Zonal Head Level at Hyderabad HO with Regional Head At the month end need to check the compliance rectification from operation side. Good Knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point & Data Presentation.Awards and Achievements Received Best Performance Yearly award in 2021.
