• Handling day to day activities on hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone & Enduser support.Experience in supporting the APAC, UK & US Users.• Creating and maintaining documentation i.e. KB Articles and SOP, ticket (request) documentation.• SCCM infrastructure, process, software update, and experience on ITSM tools like Service Now, BMC Remedy.• Enterprise support experience on Windows & Mac systems & troubleshooting• O365 Administration using Office365 Admin Console, Managing user accounts, and user licenses through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platform.• Troubleshoot issues related to Mail-flow, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security, and compliance.• Experience in IT Security including, Next-gen AV for endpoint devices, Duo 2FA or Okta verify, O365 Security & Compliance Manager, Avecto defendpoint.• Manage and support endpoint devices (Laptop, desktop, mobile devices, printers, thin clients) throughout their lifecycle. Including provisioning, refresh asset management, and decommission.• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, up-gradation, and repairs of all Apple/Windows hardware MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac mini, iPad, and iPhones as well as Dell Latitude series, Lenovo ThinkPad series, etc.• Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.• Managing Active directory console, enabling disabling user account and password reset with unlocking the account.• Managing AV Conferencing Devices, Support End-user AV issues, and Zoom Rooms along with its Equipment.
