1. Preparation and submission of QA requirements as per Technical specifications during prebid for electrical packages of Industrial Projects. 2.Finalization of SQP with bidders during pre bid for electrical packages of various Projects.3. Ensure the inspections and testing are performed on proposed schedule given by the Vendor as per SQP either through nominated Inspection agency or by utilizing QA team. 4. To provide Technical support to FQA for electrical packages of Industrial Projects. 5. To develop and strengthen SQPs based on lessons learnt from pervious projects for electrical packages of Industrial Projects. 6. Co-ordination with Internal and External customers for timely completion of all QA & Inspection activities. 7.Review of MIS for Inspection management , approved SQP's and quality issues 8. Carryout new vendor assessment for Electrical packages in Industrial projects as per the requirement.9. Perform the Inspection as per the assigned inspection call on proposed date for Electrical packages of Industrial Projects.10. To Carry out Construction/ store audit as per Audit Plan.11.Timely Resolution of Quality issues and issuance of MDCC for Electrical packages in Industrial projects. 12. The mutilation of TPI man days within allocated budget.13. Disposition of non conformity during Inspection of the Equipment for Electrical packages.14.The effective utilization of TPI Man-days during inspection for electrical packages of Industrial Projects.15. Documents are uploaded in the common share folder on real time basis for QMS and CEIG.16. The vendor and TPI performance evaluation is carried out as per the requirement.17. Failure analysis of the electrical packages of renewable projects is carried out based on the requirement.

Ø  Participate in Kick off /PIM meetings and QA QC patrols with customers and vendors.Ø  Prepare and Review Project specific quality plan.Ø  Support in TBE closer during pre ordering with respect to quality as per specification/codes.Ø  Reviewing and Finalizing the Manufacturing and field quality plan and inspection test procedure etc of suppliers/contractors for all Electrical supply items.Ø  Attend and discuss technical queries raised by Client during ITP and FQP approvals.Ø  Expediting in manufacturing to meet the delivery schedule.Ø  Attended and expedite inspection activities at vendor/supplier premises whenever required.Ø  Coordinate with TPIA for inspection based on inspection call raised by vendors/suppliers.Ø  Ensure on time completion of scheduled inspection. Ø  Review of inspection report and inspection release note raised.Ø  Closer of Non conformance during/ post inspection.Ø  Review compliance from vendor/suppliers against NC.Ø  Coordinate with engineering, project engineers, vendors/ suppliers technical issues during manufacturing.  Ø  Review/Approval of Project site Field Quality Plans, Method statement and get approval of these documents from Client/TPIA.Ø  Ensure all Quality control Jobs at Project site and get zero complaint from client.Ø  Attend Client and Site queries related to package items and inspection reports.Ø  Ensure the closer of open NC’s with site team. Ø  Conduct site and vendor audits as per planned schedule on Project activities.Ø  Support and be part of external audits.Ø  Review contractor quality system and project quality plan to ensure they meet project requirements.Ø  Follow up with vendor for delivery of material from vendor premises.Ø  Review of vendor dossiers for final handover to Site/Client.Ø  Conducting internal audit to various project sites/RO/HO across organization.Ø  Awareness of IS/IEC/IEEE and other international standards Ø  Familiar with IMS standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Ø  Review and study of technical specifications, Drawings, Scope of Quantities and bill of quantities, quality.Ø  Coordination with inter disciplinary departments.Ø  Monitoring and ensuring the job with high quality standard codes and protocols.Ø  Provide technical support for all electrical works at site.Ø  Ensure all works done as per approved IFC drawings, ITP and Job procedure.Ø  Ensure the follow of work permit system.Ø  Incoming Material Inspection (IMIR) and Quality Checking of MaterialsØ  Attend all site issues related to execution of work and with IFC drawings issued for construction.Ø  Promoting awareness about HSE policies (HIRA, JSA & STA) and ensuring the implementation of it in the construction activities of all electrical works.Ø  Installation, testing and pre-commissioning of electrical equipment’s.Ø  Participate and closer of points in pre and post PSSR.Ø  Ensure the commissioning of electrical equipment’s and smooth handing over.

Ø  Coordinating for pre-order quality documents and closer of TBE.Ø  Inter coordination with SCM, project and engineering during vendor assessment/evaluation.Ø  Review of Post order Engineering, Inspection, Site Installation & Preservation documentation of Packages/items like transformers, switchgears, bus duct, UPS, Battery charger & batteries, cables , other bulk it etc. especially with respect to interface management, engineering specifications and optimization, timely ordering, spares etc.Ø  Follow up with third party for design documents and drawing approval and reviewing the received approval drawing.Ø  Attending FAT for electrical items and give clearance for dispatch.Ø  Review of site work QA checklist.Ø  Execution of job with close monitoring and ensure the quality standards.Ø  Promoting the awareness of safety policies for safe work practices at site.Ø  Interdisciplinary coordination. Ø  Ensure execution of job is with approved IFC drawing.Ø  Attend meeting with contractor regarding related site work progress, sequence of works and quality aspects.Ø  Ensuring as built of drawings as per the site modification and approval for the same.Ø  Review and handover of supplier dossier to site/client.

Assist project in charge for planning, scheduling and resource planning.Monitoring and tracking of requisition to delivery of materials.To prepare construction schedules and to monitor and track progress of work.To coordinate review meeting with vendors.Ensuring follow up on drawings and manpower for construction activity.Ensuring quality standards and quality documents.Also responsible for 33Kv Substation installation, testing and commissioning of LT/HTswitchgears, LT/HT transformers(upto 20MVA), LT motors, LT/HT cables, HVAC, Battery banks and UPS.
