• Responsible for complete MEP & ELV ( Electrical, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Networking, Lift, Escalators, Parking System, HVAC etc.) parts of construction projects in all its aspects design,function, installations, coordination with other trades at Ascott Ireo City, Gurgaon (Studio Apartment, Retaill shops and food court). • Coordinate with the Corporate MEP Team and resolve queries and concerns raised bycontractors regarding MEP design execution, quality standards, material delivery etc. in atimely manner.• Adhere to the overall master schedule for completion of services related activitieswithin timelines.• Prioritize and plan future construction activities for the project Conduct scheduling of activities based on prioritization and criticality of activities for the project.• Ensure effective Contract Management by developing an understanding of the contract/clauses to reduce claimed extra items, substituted items and control the amount of deviated items.• Coordinate with Coordination Team/Central Services Team for timely receipt of drawings; Provide inputs to evaluate the feasibility of services designs in terms of impact on the construction processes, costs and timelines as may be required.• Ensure services related execution by the contractor in terms of adherence to time, quality & safety standards and initiate/escalate corrective action, where necessary.• Provide inputs to the contractors for the efficient installation of all equipments anddevices related to Electrical, LV, CCTV, Lift, Escalators,Parking system, Plumbing, Fire fighting & HVAC work.• Coordinate with the Contractor’s team for resolution of escalated issues Participate project review meetings conducted by the Project In-Charge alongwith the site team and contractors; Ensure timely highlighting and resolution of design inadequacies, non-compliance to material indents and all other issues related to contractor performance.
