Accounts:• Preparation and Maintenance of Financial Accounts, Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss/ Income & Expenditure Account and related Schedules, budgeting & Planning of receipts and payment to utilize maximum resources, Filing of TDS returns, Filing of Income Tax Returns, Calculation of Advance Tax, Liaison with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors, etc. Purchase:• Purchase of all types of construction materials, coordinating with the Vendors for their respective quotations, Market Survey, Preparing of comparative statement pursuant to the quotations to finalise the final vendor, etc. • Coordinate with Architects, Labours and Sub-Contractors for successful completion of contracts on time, Ensuring timely delivery of goods at sites from the Vendors, Taking Status of inventory at sites, Planning and procurement of goods to maximum utilization of inventory and reduce excess laying materials at sites.• Preparing MIS report as per the requirement of management to taking decision based on that.
