• Develop and maintain a fully integrated Project Master Plan at both a milestone & detailed level. Perform critical path analysis and advise project management on schedule variances and deviations. • Perform "what if" scenario planning including analysis and comparison reports including as required probabilistic schedule risk analysis in support of project decision-making.• Develop discipline procedures, including planning & scheduling, progress reporting, and progress measurement.• Review and provide recommendations to contractor’s submitted planning package including proposals for progress measurement and reporting in coordination with Head Project Control, Contract Engineers and other Project senior staff.• Monitor, update and report schedule forecasting and trending of project plans and validate Contractor progress reports and progress certification for invoice support. Perform schedule delay analysis in support of change orders and claims received from Contractors.• Support the project teams with all planning related responsibilities associated with the management of their contracts and reporting requirements.

• Designing Project Base Plan & Integrated Plan using Primavera P8.3 and preparing weekly, monthly project reports for onwards submission to client and for internal review.• Developing Method Statements, Rigging Plans, Action Plan and Statistics for each tenders and resolving client’s query. • Raising technical clarifications after thoroughly studying the scope of work and visiting sites and designing Manpower Deployment Chart, List of Tools & Equipment respectively for the project by properly reviewing scope of works.• Recognizing critical path, preparing course of action and monitoring the same and identifying Bottle Necks/Constraints • Liaising with Clients/Contractors to resolve the issues and preparing catch-up plans for timely completion of the project• Organizing periodic projects, reviewing meetings with client and with subcontractors to chase up the plan, coordinating between various departments and maintaining uniformity of information at all levels.• Designing of internal cost control budgets for project costing, tracking & control and initiating project man-hour’s calculation & respective manpower planning with allocation.• Initiating Preliminary/ Detail Planning and costing of Heavy Machineries as per Project Requirements and designing Pre- Qualification Documents & submitting dossier & final closeout report.
