I am an Engineer with 11 + Years of experience in telecom Industry, in my current Role I am working with HFCL as Manager Fibre in Kolkata.In Last 11 years of Professional carrier I had Lead various projects, dealt many customers, have face and tackle N no. of issues and make customer happy. I had delivered 4000 + sites of TSP, RAN & OFC Network of 1900 KM implementation. SOW (TSP Scope Civil, Tower Erection, Electrical work, BB, PIU Installation & Commissioning. RAN Scope BTS, MW /SDH, Installation, Commissioning, Integration Testing and handover.) CMM . I am an Expert in RAN 2G, 3G implementation, integration, software uploading, testing & operation , I do have in depth knowledge of GSM and WCDMA technology ,and had worked in BSS profile. Had attended training in Nokia equipment, and had train number of engineers in my carrier who are well settled in their professional carrier.
