E-capsule is an upcoming start up in education sector, developing e-learning module in vernacular language for the students, residing at the bottom of the pyramid. The mission of the company is to ensure high end technology based education facilities for those who are studying in government run schools.

Leading Accounts, Compliance & Finance Department. Key responsibility includes fund raising, financial reporting to the board of directors, financial projection & defining strategy, maintaining financial discipline, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Directly report to the chairman of the audit and risk committee, who was also a independent director of the Company. Apart from managing the Internal Audit department framing Risk Management department was an additional responsibility. The broad responsibility as a risk head was identification and assessment of risk, providing appropriate suggestions to the top management as well as risk management committee for appropriate risk mitigation measures. The specific contribution during the period was- creating risk culture within the organization, framing risk management framework with the help of IFC, creating risk policies, setting risk limits under different risk categories, introducing risk reporting system and also developing branch risk grading. Also became a valuable member of the core management committee, responsible for strategic decision of the Company.

Directly report to the Managing Director of the Company and took the charge of newly form department called Internal Control. Single handedly, crafted the department from scratch, designed the audit process for the branches as well as for the support functions, developed audit check list and branch scorecard/grading system with the help of a 20 members team.

Took the charge of the departments as a manager when the team size was just 4. Build 20 members’ team within one year, developed various processes and policies, introduced financial discipline through real time accounting, and developed new relationship with PSU banks.As an IT head successfully developed loan management system called SafalTA and monthly MIS system for operational highlights.

After completion of article-ship joined in the same firm as an audit manager. The firm is one of the top 20 audit firm in Kolkata. The key responsibility was leading audit team independently and conducting various audit assignments including internal as well as statutory audit.Had experience to handle Indian as well as US taxation related issues.
