As Designated Program Manager for Haryana HMIS Implementation Project: Responsible for overall project delivery which included Site Preparation (Network and Electrical), Change Management, Application Development, Operation and Maintenance, Customer and Vendor Relationship. Took over the project in crisis-mode and responsible for completely turning it around in short 3 monthsSuccessful roll-out across 23 sites (District Hospitals, Medical colleges, CHCs, PHCs..) in record time. As Chief Manger Business Development & Services, the primary responsibilities was to ensure availability of B2C and G2C services for a channel of 8118 Rural and semi urban channel partners (Tele-Centre’s/CSCs). The responsibility included to interface with state Information Technology Department as representative of organization and bring in Government Projects and services for the existing network of channel partners.During my tenure the number of services catered through SAHAJ centres increased from 2 to approx. 18 and several B2C & G2C services were launched through SAHAJ CSCs in Uttar Pradesh. These services were regularly monitored for proper functioning and mid-course correction of service was conducted for better revenues and end-user experience.Regular change management, training, Brand development activities were conducted for channel partners and CSC centres. Played key role in 1st of its kind integration of Government Services with SAHAJ Services Portal and bought in substantial revenues from G2C services for the organizations.
