(A) Multiple Customer TI Project: From Feb’18 to Mar’19.(B) Vodafone Enterprise Project: From Apr’19 to Nov’21.Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for Revenue Growth, Service Delivery, Technical sales Support, Customer Management and Resource Management at circle level.• Responsible for the entire project, which are running in the circle (Nokia, Samsung, Ceragon, RJIL, Vodafone) from Feasibility, Delivery, Assurance and finally to billing.• Identify and allocate resources to attain project objectives.• Check and review with the team on feasibility, SD and assurance process to deliver quality project to the customer.• Ensure material reconciliation after the project delivery and taking sign off from the customers for the different activity.• Managed team size of 50+ resources for the field Feasibility/delivery/assurance as well as managing multiple vendors during the project for material and manpower outsourcing.• Maintaining the SLA and completing project key performance indicators and monitored the project phases in order to be delivered on time and budget.• Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets and perform risk management to minimize the risk of the projects.• Recruit and retain a highly skilled project delivery team of PL/PC, Engineers, Technicians and Riggers.• Invoicing, billing at Circle level with in time line and ensure the payment from the customer.

• Project Manager & SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all projects of Energy and Sharing and up gradation of sites.• Ensure Sharing up gradation of different customers, ID-OD conversion of the shelter, removal of AC, as per AOP & Customer requirement.• Ensure material availability by coordinating with SCM.• Project Coordination & monitoring progress v/s Targets of Cluster Teams & TSP. • Ensure Quality by implementing quality processes and coordinating with Quality Department. • Coordination with Acquisition for handover of sites & resolving issues on hold sites.• Vendor allocation as per performance evaluation & in consultation with SCM.• Coordination with O&M for site handover.• Comply to HOTO process with O&M for a smooth RFAI - RFS flow.• Obtain necessary feedback from O&M prior to Upgrades that helps to improve the site performance. • Provide periodical status update of SR-RFAI flow with Acquisition & Sales.• Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment between customer requirements and Indus Towers objectives.• Minimize rejections of SR and Ensuring Speedy and Quality Delivery.• Ensure proper RFS support through concerned for timely integration of BTS.• Ensure continuous communication on site status from SR to RFS through meetings, mail etc. other than ISC automatic updates. • Partnering with vendors to ensure timely & quality delivery.• Timely Vendor payments.• Building and sustaining safety culture, Review of safety compliance related work- safety guidelines adherence, driving business partner on ESH compliance and Ensuring adequate safety training.

• Looking after the deployment of wireless equipment’s (I&C, AT, SCFT, EMF and Handover) of North (7 circles) from corporate office.• Support Logistics team for Materials planning/Management for circle Roll Outs.• Working closely with central PMO team on the RFI sites and make them offered for survey and installation on time.• Ensuring RFE1 survey for sites declared by Construction Team (HFCL) & CMM in GIS thru Samsung.• Follow-up with CMM & Construction team for punch-point rectification.• Supporting Line manager by making sure vendors do understand the SOW/Risks/Project delivery as per agreed scope.• Review the project plan/Progress along with the line manager and SOLPAR representative on weekly basis.• Setup a process of integration by involving RAN, Circle PMO, IP, EPC team for Smooth Function.• Giving support to circles team if any support required from corporate on different issues related to Owner Issue payment,construction,RF,TX,PMO etc.• Closely monitoring the target on daily basis and helping the circle team if any help required.• Monitoring the Sub partner’s resource at corporate level, keeping all the records, if any resource required at circle level, raising it to the corporate level and providing it on time.• Ensuring training and certification of SOLPAR Engineers through Samsung.• Setting up of standard installation practices & related quality process.

• Planning, controlling and scheduling of BTS/MW/DWDM installation and acceptance testing activities.• Day to Day Co-ordination & liaising with the customer (Aircel, Airtel).• Planning and forecasting the resources required from the engineering pool for completing the projects, • Day to day Co-ordination with the internal Deptt like RF,TX and SCM for plan and support.• Coordination with the SCFT (single cell function test) team to complete the SCFT after the sites integrated and HOTO these site to MS.• Ensure for Site return note (SRN) and Capital asset movement (CAM) with in time to avoid material damage and material theft from site.• Tracking and planning day wise for rollout of new Deployment and integration and supporting PM to prepare and update rollout status.• Responsible for managing telecom implementation partners as per site RFI plan. Doing day to day planning and monitoring of partners teams.• Responsible for following up telecom implementation partner performance and provide feedback to Project Manager. Follow up with TI sub cons to clear site punch list and ensure smooth handover of site from projects to operations.• Interface and liaising with project infrastructure team lead for site readiness/takeover for telecom implementation.Follow-ups and clear punch list of site infrastructure related points by the cluster supervisors/Project team lead.• Ensure the completion/handover of site documentation (RFI checklist, AT documentation) by the partners and handover these to operation after sites gets AT accepted and RFAI signoff.

• Coordinated all the special project & rollout sites with the support of the Vendors in the MH&G circle.• Given technical support to all the team who are performing at the sites.• Plan, schedule, supervise, record and follow-up for different project within the circle.• Achieved targets on time with planning, coordination, management of manpower, material management, project tracking etc.• A/T including VSWR test and Transmitter Power Test.
