All the BGA reworked boards inspect and analysis in PHONIX 3D X ray machine to meet out the IPC rework criteria.Implementing EPA Manufacturing process (Single piece flow, SMED, OLE, OEE, MOST).Conduct training for Operators and Technicians for improving their Skill set level on Quarterly Basis and validate their skill level through the Gauge R&R test.Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, report For Top Failure root Cause & Corrective Action Trend for Continuous Improvement of the Product.
