Myself Amit Kumar and I have conducted my doctoral dissertation in consultation with Prof. Tseung Yuen Tseng (Chair and Lifetime Professor, NYCU, Taiwan) and Prof Jih‑Perng Leu (Professor, NYCU, Taiwan). I have completed the PhD program at NYCU, Taiwan in Aug. 2021. My dissertation research focused on “Fabrication and Characterization of Heteroatom Doped Reduced Graphene Oxide for Energy Storage Application”. I was awarded my Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics (Solid State Physics) in 2011 from Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCSU) University, Meerut (India). During my master's degree, I cleared the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination (held by the IIT's, which is the most prestigious exam conducted in India) and received an all India rank of 1185 with a score of 305 in March 2011. In addition, I have also cleared the CSIR‑JRF‑National Eligibility Test (NET), conducted by CSIR, New Delhi (India), and was employed as a project assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur (India) from February 2012 to July 2012. Additionally, I worked as an R&D engineer with Sakata Inx (India) Pvt. Ltd Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India from Oct. 2008 to June 2009. Last but not least, I am an excellent communicator. My command of English is excellent. As a team player, I have always been described by colleagues, friends and family as someone who offers support and takes on challenging tasks.
