Hospital IPD Pharmacy Operations Manager, Tata 1mg (TMH Jamshedpur)Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 160 members, including Team Leaders, Assistant Team Leaders, Senior Pharmacists, Pharmacists, Sr.Exceutives, Executives, and PPLR.- Oversee IPD Pharmacy Operations at Tata Main Hospital, with 1100 beds and an average occupancy of 950 beds.- Ensure timely medicine delivery: - Priority Urgent: within 15 minutes - Priority New Admission: within 30 minutes - Priority Routine: within 90 minutes- Manage inventory, maintaining a low return rate and optimal stock levels.- Ensure TAT (Turn-Around-Time) management adheres to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

Store Management:Oversee the overall management of FICO & FOFO retail stores to ensure they operate smoothly and meet or exceed sales and performance goals.Staffing and Training:Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff. Ensure employees provide excellent customer service, are knowledgeable about products, and maintain a professional appearance.Inventory Management:Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
