With over six years of experience in loss prevention and security management, I am a dedicated and skilled professional who strives to ensure the safety and protection of people, assets, and information in the retail and telecom industry. Currently, I work as an Area Loss Prevention Manager at Jio, India's leading digital services provider, where I oversee the loss prevention operations for over multiple stores & network sites across multiple regions.In my role, I partner with various stakeholders, such as store managers, regional managers, and law enforcement agencies, to implement and monitor effective loss prevention strategies, policies, and procedures. I also conduct fraud investigations, security audits, and risk assessments, and provide training and guidance to the store staff and security personnel.
