Update the files on software after complete the pendency.

Handle to manage all mobile stock. Generate purchase order against with request, handle stock receiving, manage bill receiving and delivery of stock to delivery person.

To handle & manage the team of supervisors in dispatch activities like take finished goods through production in stock by packaging, weighment work and loading size wise goods according to order and programmed of parties in destination wise. After to prepare packing list and loading papers through put information in ERP system.To updated information about dispatch in ERP system in department.To achieve monthly target of dispatch with team of supervisors.

To handle company Depot through sales & stock transfer of Seamless & ERW pipes to various companies in Vadodara like TPI, L&T, IOCL, Pratibha industries, dealers etc. & follow up payment & handle depot accounts like making Depot invoice & delivery challan, collect C- forms, tenders, from all over companies.After sales through depot to filing sales tax return monthly, Excise return quarterly and to issue road permit forms from sales tax.To submit dispatch documents in L&T, IOCL, RIL through dispatch of material from factory and follow up payment, C forms etc.
