Financial Controller at the R&D Department.Reporting – Monthly tracking of Utilization, Productivity, Cost Centre Spent, Headcount, P&L Heads reports.• Invoicing- all processes right from preparation of SoW to PO receipt, WBS creation, SAP processes, Post Invoice reporting.• Timesheets, PO & WBS Management- All sub-activities related to smooth invoicing process.• Budgeting and Hourly Rates Calculation- Headcount, Prod hours, Cost projections for Hourly Rate Calculations.• Budget Vs Actuals & Forecast- Tracking cost actuals and comparing it with the budget, also submitting the rolling FC.

• Active role in improving OBU North America’s profitability by studying & regulating key operational parameters like Contribution Margin, Applied Ratio to assist senior managers in decision making process.• Managing the Budgeting & Revenue Forecasting Variance analysis of Business Unit (BU) of North America.• Carrying out weekly cost to date analysis. Identify methods to analyze and identify process improvement.• Formulating financial performance deck of different Business Unit every month while ensuring the increase in its profitability• Drafting & delivering reports owing to different Business, Managing financial and performace dashboard.• Interacting with Center Managers for carrying out meetings to review operations performance periodically.• Ascertaining cost optimization opportunities & ideas.• Internal Analysis of various departments to manage their Profitability by brainstorming and analysis.• Steering efforts in managing the margins and driving the business. • Handling the monthly financial forecasts, bimonthly cost management, and monthly financial reporting processes.• Analysis and tracking of the Revenue at Risk.
