Zonal Manager
• Managing house acquisition for Marathahalli zone.• Deploying house acquisition to meet financial / operating objectives including booking, SAV generation, contribution margin, and base cost control.• Develop and implement a sales plan in zone level, aimed at achieving and exceeding highest revenue and financial return (PAN INDIA), within the most cost-effective route and timeframe.• Persistence and tenacity in developing prospects and customers, and able to close business.• Business Development: Develop zone sales strategy to achieve sales goals for the Zone and business opportunities to drive growth.• Work closely with City head, Marketing, Operations and other team members in identifying market and competition factors.• Conduct weekly meetings and ride-along with RM and ZPM.• Handled team of 5 members including 4 Area managers for handling sales and operations for the zone.
