I am a Production Manager at Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest manufacturer of two-wheelers. With over 17 years of experience in the scooter industry, I have a MBA in Operations and Marketing from BML Munjal University, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.My core competencies include process improvement, industrial engineering, operational excellence, and team leadership. I have successfully implemented Lean Manufacturing and TPM projects, facilitated 25+ quality circles, and coordinated departmental activities related to production, quality, safety, and training. I have also been involved in launching new scooter models with 4M manufacturing solutions, best industrial practices, LCA, and kaizens.
