I am working in accounting and finance profile since last 20 years and currently working with one of the world's largest international organizations - Miyamoto International on USAIDS project. My career began in the not-for-profit sector at the district level, progressing through regional, state, and national levels. This journey has equipped me with comprehensive knowledge from the grassroots to managerial levels, enabling me to respond effectively to real-world situations based on my extensive, step-by-step experience.During these years I have equipped myself with all accounting & admin functions, which includes working on FCRA , TDS Return, Service Tax Return, EPF, ESI, taxation, Internal Audit, Income Tax & TDS, Budget preparation, grant management, other statutory requirements and providing administrative support to the management. I have a very good track record of working with full motivation. Working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse team from many nationalities, I have always bonded pleasantly with my peers and received good evaluations from my supervisors. I am passionate about doing my work efficiently, a team builder and also can work independently. I have always met my deadlines and achieved all the organizational goals.
