The Job profile involved the overall planning, management, and coordination of the project till the rollout or the final handover of completed sites to the customer.I am have been responsible for maintenance of the existing projects in BAU (Business as usual).Managed Telephony AgentInteracting directly with the Clients and identifying the issues and faults raised by them .Re-allocating the problem tickets to the Associated engineers, tracking the fault till it is resolved. Handling the faults raised by our Clients like IBM UK Mitchell and Butler, Euromaster Great Britain, Tyco etc.Provisioning Coordinator:• I have handled the ordering of the kits and circuits with the carrier for the Reliance Globalcom (as per the agreement with the customer)• Handling projects involving cease of sites either by placing manual orders or via portal.CRC Coordination :• Handling of the projects for Reliance globalcom (earlier called Vanco)• Addressing the weekly progress report and informing about the latest progress of the project per site.
