Assessment of Faulty Meter To get the revenue generated by charging un-booked revenue through assessment in bill, where meter is changed with faulty remarksKey Responsibilities:To ensure that correct defective period and base period has been considered after checking consumption pattern in each case and correct JE has been prepared.To ensure that assessment bill raised within the prescribed DERC timelines.To reconcile the faulty meters data with the assessment done cases on periodical basis to ascertain any gaps.To ensure that proper assessment information letter sent to consumer for their information along with details of amount in the regular billing cycles.To ensure that proper MIS, to keep the track of assessment cases and individual performance shall be prepared on periodical basis.To keep updates of different policies and decisions related to assessment desk and to give proper training to the dealing assistants.To ensure that External PA complaints resolved within prescribed DERC guidelines.
