Setting up a warehouse in each site with a complete computerized plan and setting up the place allocation of each items as per the nature of products (dangerous and non-dangerous goods). Maintaining records of each item as per the lot number, sample number, quantity etc. Strategic planning, storing, allocating and controlling materials in an optimum manner to reduce shortage and proper availability of materials on time.
