With 10 treatment rooms, Gym, Swimming Pool and other facilities, Now named as Vivanta by Taj, Surajkund.• A commercial building in Dubai of 38 storey in Business Bay.• A farm house at West End Greens, New Delhi for the Owners spread across 8 acres of land with all plush facilities. Cost of the project was 50 Crores. All design coordinated with Wilson Associates, USA and AHC Mumbai.• Pinnacle Tower: A premium Commercial Tower in Delhi: Region 68M tall with 2,50,000.00 square feet saleable spaces. Construction cost of Project is Rs.110.00 crores. Completed in September 2010 Renovation of: • Claridges, Delhi. Cost of Project Rs. 80 crores first phase completed.• Hotel Hill View – Rs. 10 crores completed. Now named as Hotel Atrium. • Planned and coordinated for the project in Hotel Sea Rock, Mumbai which was planned Mandarin Oriental (One of leading chains of Hotels in the world) as its operator. Designer team comprised of (a) WATG (b) AHC (c) Belt Collins (d) Yabu Pushelberg (e) CKPI (f) Isometrix, work started in August 2008. Estimated cost of project was Rs. 350 crores.
