As an Online UX Mentor at Xccelerate, I am responsible for coaching students on user experience design principles and best practices. I work remotely with a diverse group of learners, providing guidance and feedback on their client projects and assignments.My responsibilities include:- Conducting one-on-one and group mentoring sessions with students to discuss their progress and provide personalised feedback on their projects.- Developing and delivering online lectures and workshops on user experience design topics, such as user research, wire-framing, prototyping, and usability testing.- Reviewing and evaluating student work, providing constructive criticism and guidance to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.- Collaborating with other mentors and instructors to develop and refine the UX curriculum, ensuring that it stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.- Participating in community events and promoting the Xccelerate brand through social media and other channels.Throughout my time at Xccelerate, I enjoy working with a highly motivated and talented group of learners, and I am proud to see their progress and growth as designers. As a full-stack UX/UI designer at Alea, I was responsible for overseeing the entire product development cycle, from ideation to launch. This allowed me to gain experience in a wide range of design skills, including prototyping, market research, usability testing, interface design, mobile design, and web development.One of my most notable achievements at Alea was implementing metered popups, content blocks, and informative login screens on the website. By optimizing the user flow and providing clear calls-to-action, we were able to significantly improve the user experience and drive business growth. This resulted in a 1,430% increase in signups, from 310 to 4,744, in just one month.Throughout my time at Alea, I worked in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, which allowed me to continuously learn and improve my skills. I enjoyed the challenge of delivering innovative products that met both user and business needs.

Had the privileged opportunity to explore front-end development by teaching coding to eager individuals. Explored CSS, HTML and JavaScript. During this time I mainly focused on developing both web page and game development skills.
