CurrentI am a delivery focused Project Manager with Software development background. My projects stay on schedule and on budget! My current designation is the product of 4.3 years in the trenches, filled with valuable lessons learned. It is tremendously rewarding to leverage my strong project management, stakeholder management skills to ensure that resources remain available as expected to ensure my projects hit schedule and budget benchmarks.Equally comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies, my projects succeed because I remain focused on the big picture while ensuring project members have the resources necessary to achieve milestones.At my current position, I am working on multiple projects at a same time which spans across multiple technologies such as Android, iOS, WordPress, PHP with various frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP, CodeIgnitor and so on.It's been my privilege to train several talented project managers whose successful careers began as members of my projects.In addition to Project Management, I am also working on lot of Senior Project Manager tasks such as implementing standard best practises/ SOPs on a company level, leading and mentoring fellow project managers on how to manage project more effectively; it's been my privilege to train several talented project managers whose successful careers began as members of my projects.
