• Take lead on complex high value projects and opportunity qualifications by driving and coordination input from across market to develop a compelling differentiated value proposition • Set short and in terms strategic directions and meet or where possible exceed the business objective outline in the organization strategy and cascading financial year business plan • Managing activities for the projects, project estimation, negotiations, bidding for government and private body RFQ’s, presenting and providing effective solutions• Provide necessary guidance, support to team including pricing strategy suitable for each sector• Act as a main focal escalation point of contact, overall accountability of project, budgeting, work out the best solutions by staying in line with RFQ• Determine requirements and expectations of client, owners, define objectives, targets, best in class customer service and effective communication• Review contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements, make recommendations in concern with authorize department to decrease the risk factor• Actively participate as a team, analyzing, evaluating, formulate effective strategic plans, ensure proactive planning, projects are well budgeted, optimizing the transactions, increase revenues, reduce costs and accomplish with set deadlines
