I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a strong technical background in electronics. I lead a cross-functional team of service engineers, application specialists, and customer care executives, who support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training of Immucor's products, such as immuno hematology analyzers and flow cytometry based analyzers. I also partner with the sales, marketing, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
