This was a R&D to commercial roll out of Polymer Li-ion batteries in association with Bell labs USA. Engaged and Contributed from R&D stage to commercial roll out of the product. Directly Responsible for key production department including meeting production and Quality targets, coordinating maintenance scheduling, operations and material planning.

The Company was manufacturing rubberized coir mattresses and coir products. Responsibility included handling the production activities of one of the production departments with 80 people.
